Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while following Target's policies and procedures.
• Promote current promos, features, and the Target App benefits, including Wallet and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, ensuring food safety standards and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with order pickup and Drive Up as needed.
• Stay flexible with shifts and meet business needs with a customer-first mindset.
