Ulta Beauty's Guest Coordinator role invites energetic, guest‑focused individuals to engage with customers in-store and by phone, promoting salon and services while driving sales and loyalty programs. You will support the Experience Manager and team, manage bookings, resolve guest questions, and deliver a seamless 360° guest experience across salon, skincare, and retail areas.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System)
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist services team with booking system, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Suggest add-on services when booking appointments.
• Invite guests to try services and promotions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and infection control procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
