Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and store services, and support the Experience Manager. You will handle bookings, process transactions, and drive service and retail sales while delivering a 360° guest experience across salon and sales floors.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication, tech skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic retail

• Demonstrates strong sales, product knowledge and service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Answer salon calls, manage bookings, and assist guests in-store.
• Promote services and events and recommend add-on services.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adapt to schedule needs.
