Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Maintain operation of the PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork according to hotel standards.
• Maintain and market promotions and guest programs.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes and provide courteous service.
