You will quote room rates, assist with reservations, process transactions, and maintain accurate folios while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform cashier duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and accurately.
