Job summary

Target is looking for a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests in our store and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist with locating items, answering questions, and guiding guests to use store features like the Target app and loyalty programs.

You’ll greet guests, resolve issues, promote promotions, and support team members in a fast-paced environment, including drive-up and returns. Training is provided, with shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to greet guests and resolve issues with a friendly attitude.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physical work and flex shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items and information.
• Explain store features and promotions and enroll guests in Target Loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
