Job summary

Target in the United States is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests feel welcome and to make shopping quick and easy.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, demonstrate app features, enroll loyalty, scan and bag items, and support returns while upholding safety and store standards. This is a fast-paced, physical role with flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and opportunities to learn and grow with a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store processes.
• Comfort with using portable scanners and apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and app features.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety standards.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support other team members and adapt to changing store needs.
