Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with reservations and registration.
• Verifies room requirements and assigns rooms; handles special requests.
• Processes payments, issues door keys, and verifies pre-registration.
• Provides information about hotel and amenities to guests.
• Communicates with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolves issues.
• Maintains guest records and processes charges for services.
