Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a front desk/hospitality professional to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and process reservations with accuracy. You will uphold brand standards, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a superb guest experience across the lobby and dining areas.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts and manage a house bank with accurate receipts reporting.
• Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Promote loyalty programs, upsell rooms and hotel amenities, and handle guest requests professionally.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure a safe, clean, and courteous dining and lodging experience.
