Job summary

Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit European Wax Center franchisee, is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Murrysville, PA. You’ll be the face of the brand, greeting guests warmly, educating them on services and policies, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience that invites return visits.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries
• Create an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about
• Educate every guest on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions
• Confidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
• Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks
• Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
