Job summary

Ballast Wax, an independent franchisee of European Wax Center, seeks a Guest Service Associate at Cranberry Township. You will be the face of the brand, warmly greeting guests, educating them on services and products, and helping manage the front desk and reservations.

You will contribute to a welcoming center culture, support sales goals, and participate in ongoing training. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Front desk guest interaction experience is preferred.
• Ability to educate guests on services and products.
• Comfortable handling phone inquiries and reservations.
• Ability to meet or exceed personal sales and rebooking goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect.
• Answer phones, manage reservation book, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily admin tasks.
