Job summary

Ballast Wax, an independent franchisee of European Wax Center, is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Glendale, WI. You will be the face of the brand, greet guests, educate on services, and manage the front desk and POS while helping maintain a welcoming center culture.

In this in-person role, you can work full-time or part-time. Ballast Wax offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and team perks tied to performance and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries
• Create an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about
• Educate every guest on Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions
• Confidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
• Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks
• Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
