Residence Inn by CSM Lodging Services in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a full-time on-site position. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, verify billing, and handle special requests while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of guest service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced hotel setting. This role includes opportunities for growth and access to hotel discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and ability to perform in fast-paced environment.
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Provides the highest level of service.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assists guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Works as a team player and supports other departments when needed.
• Follows selling techniques to maximize room revenues.
• Monitors room availability and booking policies.
• Upsells rooms and amenities to drive revenue.
