Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests and manage front desk operations at our property. You’ll assist with check-in/out, handle payments, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth, personalized guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 0–1 year of hospitality or customer service experience, a friendly communication style, and basic computer skills to learn our PMS and payment systems. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, including room assignment and payments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Provide information about amenities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
