Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, issue room keys, and help create a memorable front-desk experience.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn PMS and payment systems.
• Attention to detail in reservations and guest accounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and process payments.
• Answer calls and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area.
