You will maintain front desk operations, breakfast setup, and daily paperwork, ensuring safety and security standards are followed.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate cash handling, and opportunities to upsell rooms and services while supporting housekeeping and other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English
• Proficient operation of property management system (PMS)
• Follow safety & procedures manuals
• Complete routine reports & correspondence
• Basic math for transactions

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts
• Maintain breakfast display and front desk area
• Upsell ESA offerings and convert inquiries to reservations
• Adhere to safety, security policies and key controls
• Provide accommodations for guests when possible
• Assist housekeeping/laundry as needed
