Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms; verify payment methods.
• Handle reservations and modify bookings as needed.
• Compute bills, process payments, and provide change.
• Answer guest inquiries and respond to requests promptly.
• Address guest complaints and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe if required.
• Balance accounts and assist with audits as part of front office duties.
