Job summary

Extended Stay America in Florence, KY is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check in/out, and handle payments per company guidelines. The role includes assisting guests, maintaining front desk areas, and promoting ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations.

The position requires English proficiency and basic math, with the ability to operate the property management system, follow safety rules, and complete routine reports.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Understand and comply with safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems, address and solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with requests.
• Answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and uphold ESA service culture.
• Process reservations and maintain cash, credit, and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain front desk area and public spaces clean and organized.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations.
