As a face of the brand, you will use activation selling techniques, stay current on product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to deliver a safe and welcoming experience for all guests and fellow citizens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with cannabis products preferred.
• Experience with ordering platforms and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and educate them about products.
• Assist guests with product selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (eg. LARA, Metrc) and follow company protocol.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and team members to create a seamless guest experience.
