Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and educate guests.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and follow advisor protocol.
• Assist with product selection and upselling when beneficial.
• Support fulfillment and regulatory compliance (e.g., LARA, Metrc).
• Stay current with cannabis knowledge and product offerings.
