Job summary

Common Citizen in Westland, MI is seeking a Guest Receptionist to act as the welcoming face of our retail center. You will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring accuracy at the point of sale.

This part-time role requires cash handling experience and flexibility for weekends and various shifts. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and align with our mission: Cannabis for humanity and Change for the better.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling.
• Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts).
• This is a dynamic team, and daily tasks may vary in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business.
• Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations.
• Schedule/confirm appointments.
• Promote a positive work environment and follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge of the industry.
• Greet customers when entering shop.
• Entering and updating patient and customer information accurately with POS system.
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation and identification.
