Job summary

Common Citizen in Michigan is seeking a Guest Advisor for our retail team. As the face of the brand, you will deliver unparalleled customer service, educate guests about cannabis products, and help them find solutions that improve quality of life.

This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail customer service, familiarity with cannabis products, and the ability to work Mon-Fri with some weekend and evening shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment.
• Cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Guest-focused and able to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for guests.
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow the Common Citizen advisor protocol and provide guidance on products.
• Assist with upselling & cross-selling when beneficial to guests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (eg. LARA, Metrc).
• Stay up-to-date on cannabis knowledge to educate guests.
