Job summary

Newport Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to deliver exceptional front desk service and guest experiences. You will assist guests, handle inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, processing payments, and collaborating with team members to maintain high satisfaction levels. Requires availability for Sundays and flexible shifts in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Flexibility to work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts.
