Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS beneficial.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Check in and checkout guests according to hotel standards.
• Handle reservations, changes and cancellations from all sources.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Document guest requests and communicate with departments.
• Deliver service recovery and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, rates and selling strategies.
