Qualifications

• Experience with Opera property management system is a plus.
• CPR, food safety, and alcohol service certifications are preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests according to hotel standards.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries by phone and email.
• Process charges, settlements, and shift closing.
• Provide information on rates, facilities, and services.
• Maintain event and reservation records and communicate with departments.
