Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a punctual Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, and provide information about the resort and area attractions. You will process cash and card transactions, issue keys, and balance receipts to ensure a smooth checkout.

You’ll also quote room rates and manage reservations for individuals and groups. The role requires excellent English communication, a professional appearance, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration and provide room rate quotes.
• Issue unit keys and answer questions about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures; balance cash receipts.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
