Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding guest experiences at our Billings, MT location. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain front desk duties and daily paperwork with a strong emphasis on service quality.

You will contribute to a safe, clean lobby and adhere to ESA policies while promoting the brand and helping guests with inquiries and potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• Ability to handle guest requests with follow-through.
• Basic math and payment processing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and process reservations and payments.
• Answer phones and assist guests with requests and inquiries.
• Maintain front desk areas and complete daily paperwork.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and report issues.
