Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at Front Desk to Highgate standards.
• Maintain operation of PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer queries about services, facilities and hours.
• Ensure logging/delivery of packages, mail and messages.
• Know rates, packages and promotions in Red Book.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
