Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Operate PBX console and uphold hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services and hours.
• Log and deliver packages and messages to guests.
• Balance shift paperwork and close out daily records.
• Assist guests with reservations, rates, and promotions.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and promote guest programs.
• Assist with safe deposit boxes.
