Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States to lead daily operations, maintain standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee team performance, collaborate across departments, and participate in weekly manager meetings to align on goals and service quality.

The role requires at least 18 months in a supervisory capacity, or 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on creating an outstanding guest experience and maintaining safety and compliance including alcohol

Qualifications

• 18+ months with Main Event or 2+ years in a Supervisory Role.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to create an amazing guest experience.
• Valid Alcohol Seller/Server and Food Handler Certifications.
