Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations in Ohio. This full-time role requires 37-40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts.

The candidate will help deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure safe, ethical operation in line with company policy. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing DipSide items, running POS and gas console, stocking, security, maintenance, and accurate reporting of time records.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest and ensure a warm, authentic greeting.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, cones, and hand-packed items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console with accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, coffee pots, and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Maintain store security, cash control, and adherence to management procedures.
• Keep store, equipment, and refrigeration temperatures clean and safe.
• Complete time records and Customer First documentation accurately.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
