Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager and supervise daily operations. This full-time role (37–40 hours) may require 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, with a pay range of $13.50/hr–$15.25/hr.

The Shift Leader will ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience, manage POS and gas sales, stock shelves and freezers, monitor safety, complete time records, and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services per the Hi Five standard, greeting guests warmly and ensuring satisfaction.
• DipSide Guest Services: shakes, sundaes, ice cream products, and related items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, processing transactions and related tasks.
• Stocking merchandise and maintaining clean, presentable displays and freezers.
• Maintain store security and control cash by following proper procedures.
• Maintenance of store and parking lot safety and cleanliness.
• Timely completion of time records and required documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
