Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Experience in customer service and ability to handle cash is required.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, POS and gas console transactions, stocking, safety, and compliance with all laws, while promoting honest, ethical work practices and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and make change.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment and to operate all store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations during 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• Greet Guests and ensure the store is prepared and ready for Guests at all times.
• Efficient operation of the Point of Sale System and Gas Console; authorize and record transactions, and handle payments and coupons.
