Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will supervise team members, coach them to perform duties efficiently, and ensure brand standards are upheld during each shift.

You will lead the team through opening, transitioning, and closing duties, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and promote promotions to drive profitability while maintaining food safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff or teams.
• Ability to manage and optimize shift operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and guest experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks, provide coaching and training.
• Monitor food safety, portioning, waste and costs during the shift.
• Manage cash, draws and daily reconciliation.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain store standards.
• Promote in-store promotions and suggestive selling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
