Job summary

Little Caesars is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will supervise restaurant colleagues, ensure standards, and execute brand excellence during your shift.

Together with the Restaurant Manager, you will motivate and coach staff, manage line operations, and uphold food safety, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff on shifts.
• Familiar with safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assign tasks, train team members.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately within service time goals.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, labor, and cash handling on shift.
• Perform opening/closing duties as needed.
