Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance while ensuring brand standards are met. The role includes supervising restaurant colleagues, opening/closing duties, and coaching team members to maintain customer satisfaction and profitability.

The Assistant Manager works under the Restaurant Manager, guiding staff, handling guest issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and cash handling procedures during each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shift teams and supervising restaurant staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle guest concerns.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and daily cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals and adheres to Customer Service Standards and procedures.
• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and in-store promotions.
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Count drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures.
