Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Shift Leader responsibilities require adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong guest service mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience—greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction so they return.
• Operate the dipside and beverage stations efficiently, including shakes, sundaes, and cups.
• Manage POS and gas transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain merchandise, coolers, and equipment in clean, presentable condition.
