United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in the Columbus area to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth shift operations. The role requires adherence to company policies, accurate cash handling, and maintaining safe, clean store conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Must be able to lift/move items per job requirements as described.

Aufgaben

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure store is ready for guests at all times.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones, drinks and dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dairy, and other merchandise; keep areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain store security and minimize shrink and losses.
• Keep store and equipment clean; monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
