Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Columbus, Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations. The role ensures accurate cash handling, POS and gas console operation, and adherence to all laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include leading teammates on shift, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and completing required reports with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be legally eligible to work and to sell alcohol and tobacco in state regulations.
• Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and ice cream products.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and ensure product rotation and cleanliness.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and store reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
