Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Shift Leader to join our team. The role reports to the Store Manager and may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Pay range is $13.50/hr - $15.25/hr.

The Shift Leader will provide outstanding service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience principles, ensure safe and efficient shift operations, and supervise associates on duty. Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear, and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• Prepare DipSide items and related products.
• Efficient operation of Point of Sale and Gas Console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, keep ice cream and dip cabinets filled and presentable.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash handling with proper procedures.
• Ensure store and parking lot are clean, safe, and organized.
• Accurate completion of time records and required documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
