Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to every guest.

The role requires standing for long periods, handling cash, operating POS and gas console, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour for full-time work across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, with 37–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see store equipment and identify docs, operate POS and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and accurately make change.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds from floor level to a height of 5 feet and handle items up to 21 pounds into a dip cabinet.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas, hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and revenue control.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and equipment temperatures.
