United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and manage a shift. This full-time role (37–40 hours) may cover 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts and pays $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

You will greet Guests, prepare DipSide items, operate the POS and gas console, stock and face merchandise, monitor safety and cleanliness, and handle timekeeping and reports. Physical tasks include lifting and tolerances to cold environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, cash, checks, and credit transactions and make change.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and other treated ice cream products.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock and face shelves, ensure dip cabinet and freezers are presentable.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and proper equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and customer documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
