Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a full-time Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, maintain product quality, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing shakes and desserts, operating POS and gas console, stocking and merchandising, and preventing loss.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Demonstrated reliability and attention to cash handling and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and ice cream/service items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable store conditions.
• Monitor cash with proper drop procedures and prevent loss.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance during shift.
