Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a dedicated supervisor for our Denver unit to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. You will lead staff, manage cash, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires at least 1–2 years in customer service with supervisory experience and the ability to obtain ServSafe/Alcohol awareness certification. This is a full-time on-site position in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest receives superior service in a friendly environment per service standards.
• Communicate and suggestively sell menu offerings and promotions.
• Manage cash handling and payment transactions.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures and rotate products.
• Assist management with daily operations and lead staff in absence of manager.
• Open/close duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and appearance.
• Maintain company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Train associates to uphold unit standards, sales and customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper closing/opening side work per checklists.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years customer service and supervisory experience
