Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, skincare, and sales areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with guests.
• Assist with salon calls, bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events and invite guests to try offerings.
