Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and quality food, and train crew for excellent guest experiences. You’ll lead a clean, well-organized line, supervise breaks and shifts, and support office tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience and a high school diploma, understand cash handling, and are committed to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and adherence to health department guidelines.
• Experience handling cash and following banking policies.
• Restaurant experience in fast casual settings.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in work context.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, great-tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support safe food handling.
• Monitor line time/temperature and daily food safety checklist.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents.
• Schedule and supervise crew breaks, shifts, and meetings.
• Develop and train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks, banking and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
