Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line organized and the crew well trained. This role requires hands-on leadership and daily oversight of breaks, shifts, and line schedules.

The position also involves supporting office tasks such as banking and paperwork, and requires a high school diploma plus restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with leadership development.
• Handle office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
