Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while the crew is well trained and delivers great service. The role requires being on your feet on the restaurant floor, managing line operations and assisting with tasks when not busy.

Ideal candidates will understand Chipotle’s philosophy, have experience with cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, and hold a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Coach and train crew, and support shift changes and scheduling.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Support office administration and paper work as needed.
