Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and following food safety practices.
• Experience with front-of-house operations and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; cross-train crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office tasks such as banking and paperwork when needed.
