Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and guiding a well-trained crew. You’ll manage line health, food safety, and guest interactions while supporting training and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with a commitment to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with administrative duties.
